Rembrandt cheese is matured in a natural and traditional way for up to 52 weeks. It has a firm texture, with crystals naturally formed by maturation and some occasional holes.

Wedge of cheese cut from the wheel and vacuum sealed.

 

Maturation time: appr. 12 months
