Quark cheese cake is a real timeless classic and for good reason. This cake is quick to make, you don’t need an oven and above all: a piece of homemade cheesecake is very tasty.

Package contents 1 bag of quark cheesecake mix 1 bag of crumb base mix baking paper Extra needed 60 grams butter 400ml water 450 grams quark 250 ml unbeaten, unsweetened whipped cream Spring form pan (Ø 24-26 cm) Preparation method for the pie crust: place the sheet of baking paper over the springform bottom and close the spring form. Melt the butter in a saucepan or in a bowl in the microwave. Add the crumb base mix and mix well. Cover the bottom of the spring form cake tin and spread it evenly.
Press the crumb base mix firmly with the back of a spoon. Place the spring form cake tin in the fridge and let the bottom set for about 10 minutes. Now make the filling: put 400 ml water in a mixing bowl and add the cheesecake mix and beat this with a mixer on the highest setting for about 3 minutes until smooth and airy. Add the quark and the whipped cream and mix with a mixer for about 1 minute.
Fill the spring form cake tin with the crumb base with this mixture and smooth the top. Let the quark cheesecake set in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Tip: decorate the cake with fresh fruit and whipped cream. Variation tip: Decorate your cake with macaroons.
