Peanut sauce, satay sauce, bumbu kacang, sambal kacang, or pecel is a sauce made from ground roasted or fried peanuts, widely used in cuisines worldwide.
To make a delicious Chicken satay dish using Cap Ibu Bumbu sate Kacang.
750 g chicken fillet cut into small pieces, marinated with 15 g mashed garlic, 85 ml sweet soy sauce and 70 ml vegetable oil.
Leave for 1 hour then thread into skewers
Grill satay until half done then smear with vegetable oil / butter and grill again until well done
To Make Satay Sauce :
Mix 1 bottle of this seasoning (240 g) with 50 ml sweet soy sauce and 100 ml of water, stir evenly
Serving Suggestion : Sprinkle with fried shallot
