Boemboe voor Rendang Vlees is bereid met onder andere rode pepers en citroengras. Met deze boemboe maak je een heerlijk gestoofd rundvleesgerecht uit de Indonesische keuken.

Boemboe Rendang is prepared with, among other things, red chili's and lemongrass. With this boemboe you make a delicious dish with beef.

· Conimex Boemboe Rendang 
· 500 g beef
· 300 g of rice
· oil
Cook the rice according to the packet instructions
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok or frying pan and sauté the beef until cooked.
Add the boemboe spice paste and 200 ml of water to the beef. Mix well and simmer for 10-15 minutes while stirring (low to medium heat until the sauce has the desired thickness)
Serve beef and sauce with the rice.
Once opened the paste can be kept in the refrigerator for 3 days.
