Chinese noodles used to make Bami (noodle) dishes like Bami Goreng 


Mie noodles cooking instructions 

  • Instructions advise about 4 nests per person
  • Boil a big pan of water (recommend 2 litres per 250gr of noodles)
  • Add a pinch of salt to water if desired
  • Add the Mie noodles to the water and bring to the boil again
  • Let the Mie noodles boil for 2 minutes then separate the Mie noodle nests with two forks
  • Boil the Mie noodles for another 12 minutes stirring the noodles every so often.
  • Drain the noodles and rinse in cold water Let the Mie noodles fully drain before use.
