Directions  Conimex Packet to make Bami Goreng

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside (see below)
  2. Rehydrate (soak) the contents of the Bami Goreng packet in 100ml of boiling water
  3. In a large wok style pan heat 2 table spoons of oil.
  4. Sauté the chicken or pork is no longer pink (5 to 7 minutes)
  5. Add the Bami goreng mix then add vegetables (suggestions sliced onion, carrot, red pepper, leek and sauté 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add cubed ham and drained noodles; mix well and heat thoroughly before serving.
  7. Serve with a little sambal if you like it hot and kroepoek (prawn crackers) enjoy!
