Indonesië. Eén en al inspiratie. Open dit zakje en loop mee over de Indonesische markten. Nasi Goreng werd hier ooit bedacht als hét samenspel tussen superveel specerijen. Ze mengen, drogen, laten het rusten… En dan: loslaten die smaak! Selamat Makan!
Meng de mix met 100ml kokend water en laat even wellen voordat je het toevoegt aan de Nasi Goreng.
Spices and Vegetables mix for Indonesian Fried Rice (nasi goreng).
Add 100ml of boiling water to the mix and let it soak for a while before adding it to the rice.
Suggested Nasi Goreng peperation :Cook 350g rice as directed and 100g bacon without oil, then a little oil to fry meat and/or vegetables until browned. Add swollen nasi mix and rice, stir well. Serve hot with fried eggs on top!

I come from a family of 5 children with Dutch parents. We grew up having Nasi Goreng every week (with fried egg and tomato and cucumber). I haven’t been able to find this mix for ages. Soo glad I found it at Dutch Deals. It didn’t disappoint.
