These dried prawn crackers require deep frying.
Instructions (be careful around hot oil)
Heat oil in a wok or deep fryer to around 190 degrees C (please note prawn crackers burn easily so keep heat constant through out cooking)
Add the prawn crackers to the oil (3-5 per time) and cook for 10 seconds or until fully expanded. Remove and drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
