Kerupuk Sayur (Kroekpeok gemaakt van groente) uit Indonesie zijn gemaakt van Cassavameel en moet wel afgebakken worden.

Ingredienten: Cassavameel, Suiker, Rode Peper, Groenten, Zout, Sesamzaad, Knoflook en Specerijen

These dried Vegetable crackers from Indonesia are made from Cassava flour and require deep frying.

Ingredients: Cassava Flour, Sugar, Red Pepper, Vegetables, Salt, Sesame, Garlic and Spices

Instructions (be careful around hot oil)

Heat oil in a wok or deep fryer to around 190 degrees C (please note crackers burn easily so keep heat constant through out cooking)

Add the prawn crackers to the oil (3-5 per time) and cook for 10 seconds or until fully expanded. Remove and drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
