Honig Erwtensoep is een stevige soep met o.a. erwten en knolselderij. Door het toevoegen van verse ingrediënten maak jij zelf een heerlijke, rijk gevulde maaltijdsoep. Serveer er bijvoorbeeld roggebrood met spek bij en zet zo een volwaardige maaltijd op tafel!

You need this:

•  Honig pea soup mix
•  ½ smoked sausage (rookworst)
•  1 small potato (50 g)
•  125 g pea soup vegetables or farmer soup vegetables (boerensoepgroenten)

 This is how you make it:

1. Sprinkle the contents of the bag into a pan with 1 liter of cold water, stir well with a whisk and bring the soup to the boil.

2. Add the thinly sliced ​​smoked sausage, the peeled potato cubes and the pea soup vegetables or farmer soup vegetables.

3. Turn down the heat as soon as the soup is boiling. Let the soup simmer for another 15 minutes (without lid), stirring regularly.

4. Turn off the heat and leave the soup in the pan for another 5 minutes (without lid) then serve
