Knorr Dutch Minced Dish Meal Mix is ​​easy and quick to prepare – The Dutch Minced Meat Dish Meal Mix is ​​a dish for 3 to 4 people –  This meal mix is ​​suitable for vegan use.

Shopping list: 250 g mushrooms, 2 onions, 1 winter carrot and 300 g minced meat (or meat substitute).

Preparation: Cut the mushrooms into slices, chop the onion and peel the carrot and cut it into cubes. Preparation method: 1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat. Stir-fry the mushrooms, onion and carrot for a few minutes. 2. Add 350 ml of water and the contents of this sachet. 3. Bring everything to the boil while stirring and let it simmer gently for about 2 minutes. Serve the minced meat dish with, for example, boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes. For a day without meat, you can replace the minced meat with a 310 g can of drained lentils. Fry the vegetables in the oil and add the lentils at the end of step 2. This meal mix contains no less than 171 grams of vegetables per person!
