Met Koopmans Appelkruimeltaart maak je gemakkelijk een lekker krokante appelkruimeltaart. Een leuke variatie op de traditionele appeltaart.

• Zelf toevoegen: 100 g boter, 1 ei, 5 appels, 50 g rozijnen, 20 g suiker en kaneel
• Voor 12 punten
• Koel en droog bewaren
• Met een zelfgemaakte Koopmans Appelkruimeltaart uit de oven maak je het direct gezellig in huis!

Ingredients required to make Koopmans Dutch apple crumble cake (Appel kruimeltaart):
1 pack of Koopmans apple crumble mix
100 g butter or margarine (cold)
1 egg
850 g soft-sour apples (about 5 pieces)
50 g of raisins (soaked)
20 g of sugar
2-3 tsp cinnamon Spring form cake tin with a diameter of 24 cm Electric mixer with dough hooks Preheat oven approximately 180 degrees. (160°C fan-forced) 

Directions:
Grease the spring form with butter/ margarine/baking spray. Cut the cold butter into cubes and put it in a bowl. Use an electric mixer with dough hooks to beat the butter/ margarine with the apple crumble mix into a crumbly dough. Then add the egg and knead briefly. Please the dough in the fridge. Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut the apples into cubes. Mix the apple cubes with the sugar, cinnamon and raisins. Put three quarters of the crumble dough in the spring form cake tin, press dough very lightly into the cake tin and form edge at the sides of the tin of about 2 cm high above the base. Spread the apple mixture over the dough base and sprinkle the remaining crumbs over the filling. Bake the apple crumble cake in the middle of the oven for about 45 minutes until cooked and golden brown. Allow the cake to cool for about 1 hour before removing the cake tin.

Tip:
Soak the raisins in rum and add 4 teaspoons of rum flavour to the apple mix. Replace the apple with custard, apricot or cherry filling, Beat an egg with sugar, cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of custard powder and add to the apple mix
