Koopmans Waldkornbrood is een broodbakmix waarmee je heerlijk waldkornbrood bakt. Dit brood staat bekend om de verfijnde smaak van zaden en pitten. Je hoeft alleen maar water toe te voegen en zet in een handomdraai het lekkerste versgebakken brood, of twaalf bolletjes, op tafel.
Je hoeft alleen water toe te voegen. Bak het brood in de oven of een broodbakmachine.

Koopmans Waldkorn bread is a bread baking mix with which you can bake delicious waldkorn bread. This bread is known for the refined taste of seeds and kernels. All you have to do is add water and put the tastiest freshly baked bread, or twelve buns, on the table in no time. You just need to add water. Bake the bread in the oven or a bread maker.

Preparation method With yeast Add yourself: * water Supplies for the oven: – 1 pack of Koopmans Waldkorn® bread – 250 ml lukewarm water Oven temperature Electric oven: 220°C Fan oven: 200°C Gas oven: position 5-6 Preparation time Preparation 10 minutes Rising time: 10+50-60 minutes Baking time: ± 25 minutes

Preparation method for the oven 1. Place the mix in a mixing bowl (reserve one level spoonful of mix for decoration if necessary) and add 250 ml of water. 2. Knead the mixture for about 4 minutes with a mixer with dough hooks until it forms a smooth dough. 3. Let the dough rise in the bowl, covered with cling film (or a tea towel), for 10 minutes at room temperature. 4. Lightly dust the counter with flour, flatten the dough, or use a rolling pin and stretch it into an oval piece of dough. 5. Fold the points of the dough inwards so that they touch each other to form a rectangle. Flatten it again (or use the rolling pin). 6. Roll the dough piece tightly into a rolling pin. 7. If you want to decorate the bread with the reserved mix, first brush it with water. 8. Place the rolling pin with the seam down in a greased cake tin (30 cm) or on a (greased) baking tray (with baking paper). 9. Place a tea towel over the rolling pin and let the dough rise in a warm place for 50-60 minutes. 10. Preheat the oven 15 minutes before baking. 11. Bake the bread in the bottom of the oven for about 25 minutes until done and brown.

Preparation method for the bread maker 1. Add the recommended amount of water to the baking tin. 2. Then add the bread mix. 3. Set the bread maker to the desired program (e.g. normal) and start the program. 4. Let the baked bread cool on a rack.
