Een pak Koopmans Pannenkoeken Origineel is voldoende voor 11 tot 13 pannenkoeken.

With Koopmans Original Pancakes you can bake delicious pancakes in the old-fashioned way. Koopmans Original Pancakes are made from wheat, oats and buckwheat. Make pancakes using the traditional recipe. A pack of Koopmans Original Pancakes is sufficient for 11 to 13 pancakes.

Here is what you will need:
1 Box of Koopman’s Pannenkoeken mix
800ml Milk
2 Eggs
Butter or oil

Directions:
Put the mix in a mixing bowl and add half of the milk.
Stir with a whisk or mixer until smooth.
Add the rest of the milk and the eggs while stirring.
Heat a slab of butter or a dash of oil in a frying pan.
Pour some batter into the pan, let it drain over the bottom and bake the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.

Top with sugar, icing sugar, brown sugar, stroop (syrup) or anything sweet or savoury you like on your pancakes.
