Maggi Mix Ovenschotel Bloemkool room / Mix for Cauliflower cream for in the oven

Maggi ovenschotel bloemkool-room met gehakt met recept voor 3-4 personen, 10 minuten voorbereiden, 45 minuten oventijd!

1 Bag MAGGI Oven dish cauliflower cream (with minced meat)‎ 400 g Cauliflower. 300 g White onion,  300 g Lean minced beef , 700 g pre cooked Potato slices, 1 Egg, 50 ml Cooking cream

1- Preheat the oven to 200°C. (Fan forced at 180°C). Boil the cauliflower florets for approx. 5 min and finely chop 100 g onion. 2- Brown the minced meat with the onion and briefly fry the drained cauliflower florets with the minced meat. 3- Divide half of the pre-cooked potato slices over the bottom of a greased oven dish. Put the minced meat on top with the cauliflower. 4- Add the spice mix together with 150 ml cooking cream to 200 ml cold water and stir well with a whisk. Then add the egg and stir well again. Pour 3/4 of the spice mix evenly over the oven dish. Wait 2 min. and divide the remaining potato slices. Finally, pour the remaining portion evenly over the oven dish. Place the dish in the oven for approx. 45 min. until cooked/golden brown.

Variation tip: replace the cauliflower with broccoli or the minced meat with chicken fillet.
