Delivery of chilled/frozen goods
Please contact us for the delivery of chilled/frozen around the greater Brisbane area. This can be combined with dry goods as well.
Our policy: if we can deliver your parcel at a better rate then you paid for, we will refund the difference back to the account where you paid from.
Fragile products require padding to ensure they arrive safely, this will increase the volume of the parcel which sometimes results in higher than expected delivery rates. For example 4 products each weighing 1kg=4kg in total, but taking up 23L in volume will be charged at a higher rate.

Free pickup from our warehouse located at Unit 1/11 Veronica Street in Capalaba is also possible, but only by appointment (also possible on some Saturday mornings). Please select your preferred date/time for the collection of your order in the order on our bookings page.
When you place an order and enter the address details, the shipping amount will be shown before continuing with the order, even before entering any personal details.
Due to the COVID-19 virus our transport partners no longer offer the option to get a signature on delivery, they either sign or your behalf or leave the parcel in a safe place.
We have adjusted our checkout process accordingly, so you can indicate a safe place to leave your parcel or collect it from the nearest collection point (newsagent or depot).
How long will it take to receive my order
Our aim is to process and ship all orders the next business day mostly using couriers.
Estimated delivery times after shipping :
- Brisbane, Ipswich, Toowoomba, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast: 2 business days
- Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra: 4-5 business days
- Queensland Regional Areas: 4-5 business days
- NSW, ACT, Victoria, SA Regional Areas: 5-6 business days
- Tasmania: 7-8 business days
- Western Australia and Northern Territory: 10-12 business days
Please note that at busy times, such as Easter and Christmas, delivery may take a little longer than normal.
What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
We understand the hassle of making a trip to the news agent or courier depot to pick up parcels (this defeats the purpose of online shopping right?). Which is why we can arrange our couriers to leave your parcel in a safe place on your property if you are not home when they attempt delivery. Simply specify a place to leave the parcel in the at checkout.
Please note that in this instance, neither Dutch Deals nor the courier company can accept any responsibility for the continued safe custody or security of the goods and no proof of delivery shall be supplied.
In the case that a parcel can’t be delivered and a signature is required, a card will be left in your letterbox with instructions how to collect your parcel. Any parcels not collected within 5 working days will be returned to us.
I haven't received my order - now what?
On the rare occasion that delivery has taken longer than anticipated please Contact Us and we will resolve the issue in the fastest time possible.
You may return most new, unopened items in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or credit into your account. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
For wearable products with the wrong size you may exchange most items unwashed, new and in the original packaging, within 7 days of delivery for an exchange product in a different size. Customer to send item back to Dutch Deals and once we have received it we will send out a replacement product free of charge.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return or exchange an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We take great pride in the quality of our products so if, on the rare occasion, you discover your items to be faulty or damaged please Contact Us so we can discuss the best replacement/refund option for you.
Please send us a picture of the faulty or damaged product including the batch number and white label and don't throw away any faulty or damaged products until you have contacted us.
All products are shipped with a minimum of 30 days before the Best Before date, for products with less then 30 days before the Best Before (BB) date it will be clearly indicated in the product name with BB dd/mm/yyyy and listed as a special with reduced pricing.
