Maak met de kruidenmix voor Macaroni snel en gemakkelijk een Italiaanse macaroni met gehakt, verse groenten en pasta.Tip Strooi naar eigen smaak geraspte kaas over het gerecht.

Use the spice mix for a delicious and easy Macaroni or pasta dish using with meat (meat substitute), fresh vegetables and pasta!

Add: • 350 g mince • 1 leek • 1 red capsicum • 300 g macaroni/spaghetti • 1 can of tomato puree (140 g) •

Wash the pepper, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes. • Wash leek and cut into rings. • Cook pasta according to instructions. • Brown the the mince in pan with a dash of oil add capsicum and leek cook for another couple of minutes. • Add tomato puree and the mix and stir well. • Stir in cooked macaroni and heat the mixture while stirring. • Do not add salt or pepper.
