Een heerlijke Oer-Hollandse stamppot met wortelen, uien en aardappelen. Gemakkelijk te bereiden.

A delicious traditional Dutch dish with carrots, onions and potatoes. Easy to prepare.

Preparation and use

Add:
• 1kg potatoes
• 800 g carrots
• 500 g onions
• 150ml milk

• Peel and wash potatoes.
• Clean and cut carrots into slices.
• Place potatoes, carrots and onions in a pan with a layer of water and cook for 25 minutes.
• Meanwhile, boil the milk.
• Drain the potatoes and vegetables, mash them finely and add boiling milk and a knob of butter and mix well.
• Add the Silvo Hutspot mix and heat while stirring.
• Do not add salt or pepper.
