Heerlijke traditionele kipkruidenmix die op veel verschillende manieren kan worden gebruikt en ook geweldig is voor groente, vooral aardappelen of patat friet!
Specerijen en smaken: koriander, paprika, peper, gember, foelie, kurkuma, fenegriek, selderijzaad, komijn, kardemom, pepers en ui.
Delicious traditional chicken spices mix which can be used in a lot of different ways and also great on vegetable especially potatoes or fries!
Spices and flavours: coriander, paprika, pepper, ginger, mace, turmeric, fenugreek, celery seed, cumin, cardamom, chilies and onion.
Use (for 4 people): rub 500 g of chicken with approx. 1 tbsp (10 g) of the Verstegen mix and let it marinade.
Heat a frying pan with 2 tbsp (olive) oil and fry the chicken on medium heat for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Chicken on the bone is best cooked in the oven at around 180°C. A whole chicken is cooked in approx. 50-70 min. Chicken legs are cooked in the oven in approx. 30-45 min (depending on your oven)
Variation tip: serve the chicken with apple sauce, fries/fries, mayonnaise/frites sauce and a fresh salad.
