Needed 
- 1 pack Dr. Oetker Pink cakes mix , 140 g butter/margarine and 100 ml of water
Kitchenware needed, Mixer with whisks, Mixing bowl, baking tray with greaseproof paper and Spoons and/or ice cream scoop
Preparation: ±15 minutes
Baking time: 30 minutes
Oven temperature: Electric oven: 160°C: Convection (fan forced) oven: 150°C or Gas oven: position 2
Electric oven recommended.
- Make sure the butter is at room temperature and soft.
- place the molds on the baking tray.
- Preheat the oven.
Prepare batter (5 minutes)
- Beat the butter with the mixer in a mixing bowl until soft.
- Add the cookie mix and the water (75 ml) to the butter and mix for 2 minutes on the highest setting until a smooth batter.
- Divide the batter with 2 tablespoons or an ice cream scoop over the cookie molds (approx. 55 g).
Bake (30 minutes)
- Place the baking tray in the middle of the preheated oven and bake the cakes for approx. 25 to 30 minutes.
- The cakes are done when you press lightly on the cake with your finger and it springs back (note: it is hot).
- Let the cakes cool down well.
Decorate (5 minutes)
- Fill a kettle and bring water to a boil.
- Put the icing mix in a mixing bowl, add 25 ml of hot water (weighing is more accurate) and stir the whole with a mixer on the lowest setting until smooth.
- Beat the mixture with the mixer in 2 minutes on the highest setting until airy and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Stir the icing mass well (no color spots visible anymore) and divide it over the cakes with a spoon.
- Let the cakes stand for at least 30 minutes so that the glaze dries properly.
