Surinamese Chicken Curry with Potato filled Roti
Need to add
– Sunflower oil, 400 g chicken fillet, 4 eggs
– 150 g potatoes (pre-cooked)
– 150 g surinamese long beans or green beans
– Roti 4 pieces
For 4 people / Preparation time 20 minutes
– Boil eggs hard.
– Heat 5 tablespoons of sunflower oil, add chicken fillet (in cubes) and stir-fry for a few minutes.
– Add 1 pot (360 ml) Roti Masala Trafasie (wok sauce), 150 ml water, baby potatoes (pre cooked) , long beans or green beans and the hard-boiled eggs (peeled), stir well and then cover the pan for 10 minutes stirring occasionally and let it simmer over medium heat.
Serve with Roti. Enjoy your meal!
