Een heerlijke Oer-hollandse stamppot met zuurkool en aardappelen. Gemakkelijk te bereiden.

One bag of mix is enough for 1.5kg of potatoes

Need

• 1.5kg potatoes
• 500g sauerkraut
• 200ml milk

prepare

• Peel and wash the potatoes.
• Put potatoes and sauerkraut in a pan with a layer of water and cook for 25 minutes.
• Drain potatoes and sauerkraut, mash finely and stir with milk and a knob of butter until smooth.
• Add the mix and let the stew warm through and through with no need to  add salt or pepper.
