Extra tender Herring pieces in a tangy traditional marinade.

The delicious pickled herrings are supplied by Klädesholmen Seafood AB, a collaboration between four Klädesholmen fishing families who have lived and worked the coast of West Sweden since 1859. When catching West Swedish herring, the matjes herrings are choosen from biggest and the best of the catch. The fish are then left to mature in barrels, then cut into large pieces and stored in a secret recipe marinade (pickling sauce) before being put into same sauce in glass jars
